Charles' spent an hour looking over the forums... going ahead and reading plenty of the horror stories that had cropped up even during the few hours he'd been at school during the day. Being on the West Coast meat plenty of people had been dealing with it even on the East Coast or beyond all morning.
Advantages of an Adult Rated Game really came through over time, though, as most of the people who would make a big stink about the broken nature of the game wouldn't be heard over the usual controversy of an Online Sale-only, Adult Rated game. This would mean that himself and all the other usual players of the game would be able to sign in to send bug reports and try and help the developers work out the problem. Geeky? Perhaps... but he badly wanted his characters back.
As he looked over his few choices of characters, he made a deep sigh. There really was nothing he truly wanted to play, but there was one thing that really seemed out of the ordinary: An Amazonian Druid. It seemed a really interesting concept, and as long as he was stuck with things he wouldn't normally play, he could easily try some things out. A strong woman seemed to fit the bill there.
As Charles made sure that his suit was on and tight, his helmet fitting as should, he went ahead and selected the nearly eight-foot tall woman. Her name was Lykopis, and Charles had no idea what that meant. Google said it meant She-Wolf, but not knowing anything about the story or the background of the name meant it's true impact was lost on him.
Charles shrugged, and waved his hand from inside the suit to "Enter the Kingdom". He closed his eyes and felt the suit working it's magic, giving the feelings all over his body of that which was his new form. It was like waking up from a longer slumber at first, and he discovered this was because Lyko logged out from her bed.
She sat up and looked around at what Charles had no idea was a realistic amazonian home or not. It was marble and gold trim with partly see-through purple cloths coming down where there would be windows. There was a high ceiling and a wide doorway with white, yellow, and purple beads covering the passage. It was lit with the dim moonlight coming from the balcony.
Her bed, though, was soft and warm, with white fine linens and large plump pillows. It was larger than she was, and seemed to hold her weight well. Laying on her side, she could see out beyond the balcony at the stone and sea out beyond, the scent of the ocean air wafting in from the ocean beyond.
Charles sat Lykopis up and looked down at her form. Her player, whoever they had been, had logged out in full garb (not that full garb was very covering). She had on an armored thong, and tight metal wraps around her mid-section. Her boots were thick and came up to her thighs, tight leading up to her firm ass, but revealing mostly skin at the front of her upper legs. Her hair was golden, curly, and long... tied back behind her in braids leading down to her heels, though a few curly locks allowed to drop around her face.
Her body, Charles could feel, was almost all muscled. Even then, her uncovered breasts were large but firm, left as a view to any onlookers as Amazons sometimes had. His male mind had to wonder if the player had even been female, but he let that thought drift away. Lyko's arms, legs, abs, and exposed breasts were all a feeling of power, while the absence of his penis between his legs let him know he was playing a real woman now.
Lyko sat up in bed, and realized the sheath and longsword that were the primary weapon were hung over one side of the headboard. She took a deep breath and reached for them just as she heard a disturbance coming from the hallway. Charles turned her head to look up the hallway, wondering what was to come next.
