Twister, Blaze, Quake, and Silver are now resting on one of the high
iron peaks of Ignis Ile, watching the sunset. They had just finished
crossing the burning dessert an hour ago and are exhausted. Well, at
least Twister and Silver are. Blaze and Quake are not because the
elements of the island have strengthened them. Silver is just now
starting to feel that strength from the iron mountains.
Silver, while gasping for air, commented, "This island is huge! And
that glowing cave up ahead...it's ominous looking."
Twister replied, "That cave is called Devil's Eye, because of the
fiery glow in the day and the ominous glow at night. And
unforutnately, the source of magic must be inside the there."
Blaze asked, "How do you know?"
"Simple, I can feel the incredible power of the source. Open yourself,
and you will be able to feel it."
Blaze and the other two closed their eyes and opened themselves to the
world around them. They could feel the power of the island rush into
them, and they could sense the overwhelming power of the source in the
cave. "Alright everyone, lets head for the cave." Twister yelled as
she took off toward it.
Once they were in side, they had to land. The cave got so narrow, that
they could not fly, and they had to walk almost in single file. In
what seemed like hours, they finally made it through the long tunnel
to the belly of the cave. Which turned out to be a giant pull of
molten iron. The power of the source was incredibly powerful inside
that cavern.
Quake commented, "We must be right on top of the source. Who wants to
take a molten bath?"
"I'm afraid none of you will live long enough to." Said a mysterious
voice. Ahead of them, the shadows on the ground rushed to them. With
no time to react, the group was ensnared in chains made of shadows.
The same voice began laughing as a giant black dragon rose from the
shadows. Shade had captured them...
