*Give me a second* Rick whispered. *I need to get a weapon.*
*What are you?* Jean asked.
*A healer with the element of water* Rick said.
*Then you need to get a Healer's Water Spellbook I believe* Jean said.
*Where do I get that?* Rick asked.
*You get it in your starting town* Jean said. *Though from what Anna told me you skipped some levels. She found her stuff in a warehouse. You'll want to go there and see if your stuff is in there too.*
*Alright* Rick said looking around. He spotted a building that looked like it might be a warehouse so he went to it.
Upon entering he found another male Elf. Going up to him he said "Greetings, my name is Fiona Silverwing. Is there anything here for me?"
The Elf smiled and said "Greetings Fiona, I am Renowl Blackclaw. I do believe I have something here for you. Let me look." He went into a back room and was gone for only a few seconds and then he was back with three items. "You must be a new player."
"I am" Rick replied.
Renowl sighed and said "You're the seventh new player that has come here for their starting items. The warehouse charges have already been paid."
"Thank you" Rick said taking the blue book, pouch, and purse. Tyeing the purse and pouch around her waist and opened the book. There were only two spells in it, a weak healing spell called Healing Mist and a weak offensive spell called Water Bubble. The first page even had instructions on how to hold the hand. You made an O with your thumb, middle, and ring fingers while leaving your index and pinkie fingers remained straight. The spells were simple enough that he had no trouble memorizing both of them. Nodding he whispered *Okay, I'm ready now.*
His world went black and he had the sensation of being stretched and compacted, inflated like a balloon and everything squeezed out all at the same time. Finally it stopped and the world came back. When it did he saw the Human Witch that Jean had picked standing in front of her with a look of surprise on her face. Rick smiled and said "Surprise!"
Jean shook her head and smiled then gestured to the others with them. "This Ghost is Kasper Ghastly who is Charles. The Banshee is Molly O'Brandy who is Brittany. The Were is Harry Baldanish who is Darrel. The two female Orcs are twin sisters Golda and Dolda Firefinger who are Tom and Dan. The Naga is Lyncha Peck. The Dwarf is Zelda Zedkins who is Jim. And the Mermaid is Selena Aquatica who is Sean. Now I'm obviously Human and my name is Gwendalyn Fayn though you know me as Jean Richardson."
"I'm an Elf and my name is Fiona Silverwing" Rick said smiling. "Though my real name is Richard Richardson and I'm Jean's husband."
"We've always thought you were single Miss Richardson" Kasper said shock evident in his voice. The others nodded at this.
"I've told you that I was married" Gwendalyn said smiling. "Though I don't mind being called Miss Richardson so you can keep calling me that."
"Doug will be really surprised" Kasper said. "I think he has a bit of a crush on you."
"Perhaps we can finish introductions" Fiona said.
"Hello... I'm an Elf too and my name is Sharpash Silverwing" Anna said. "I'm Anna Richardson."
"The ten year old brain?" Lyncha asked.
Sharpash looked a bit embarrassed but said nothing. The silence was broken by Gwendalyn saying "Ok now... the only ones here who are not borrowing a body are Kasper, Lyncha, Fiona, and Sharpash."
"Well what are we going to do?" Zelda asked with a tone that suggested that she wasn't enjoying her borrowed body.
