Patrick, in his superhero persona known as X-Stream, had just taken out a pair of dastardly villains who had tried to rob a bank. He had just taken them out by firing an X shaped energy blast from his chest, which turned into a binding material. The villains could not escape him. Smiling, Peter dusted his hands before dashing away as the cops arrived. The green glad hero dash away and down an alley, where he planed to change back to his alter ego, rich boy Patrick Ward. However, before he could turn back, something back down from above and landed right on top of him. Surprised, Patrick back kicked the culprit, spinning around to see, to his confusion, a teen clown.
"What the hell?"
The clown smiled at him before jumping, no stretching, towards X-Stream and punching him in the chest. Winded, the green clad before stumbled and fell to the cold, hard ground. Looking up, Patrick saw the rubbery clown pounce again, but the teen hero was able to dodge just in time. Kid Clown slammed so hard against the ground that he became flat as a pancake, literally. Then he bounced back to his regular shape and size, his grin big as ever.
"Eat this!" X-Stream fired a laser blast from his chest. The golden X went speeding to Kid Clown, who dodged it by bending and twisting his body to let the beam fly past. Patrick started throwing punches and laser beams, which were all avoided by the rubbery clown.
"Alright, no more games." X-Stream started to collect sunlight into the golden x on his chest. His whole costume started to brighten up, turning from emerald green to bright, rich gold. It was risky trying this type of move. His costume would turn solid gold just before firing, leaving him slightly vulnerable before the super charged energy blast fired. But he was confident in himself to be able to take out the clown before it was too late.
He was wrong. Just before he could fire his attack, Kid Clown struck, stretching his body like a rubber band, wrapping it around the hero's body. His arms and legs, which had been spread out, were bound to his body so fast Patrick could have sworn he heard something snap. He twisted his neck, trying to pull himself out of the clown's rubbery body before-
BOOM!
KID Clown inflated like a balloon before slapping back to squeeze tightly around X-Stream. The hero himself stared ahead in surprise. He couldn't move his body. Everything from the neck down felt stiff and cold. He started to panic, worried about what had happened to him. After what felt like hours, Kid Clown pulled away from X-Stream and examined his work. X-Stream's muscular body had been turned completely into gold. The golden metallic body of the teen hero was glistening as he was stuck in the pose of his arms and legs bound together. Patrick tried to move, but he only toppled over to the floor.
Kid Clown walked over to the prone hero and, stretching his hand, wrapped it around Patrick's face. He struggled, trying to breath, but soon Patrick succumbed to exhaustion and fell unconscious. Kid Clown picked up the immobile hero and flew off to take him to Jester Lord. By the time the golden petrification would wear off, Patrick would be apart of Jester Lord's plot.
