Down in the bathroom, Scott shut the door, and looked straight into
Max's eyes, which was kind of hard since their faces were so close
together. "Max! You need to calm down. Your fine. Once Luke is rested
and wakes up, he will un-fuse us. Calm down."
Max took a deep breathe and then slowly let it out. It was a technique
he learned to ease his panic attacks. "I know...I know." he replied.
He took in on more deep breathe and released it again. "It's just that
I already went through this before, and being permanently stuck to
someone, whether its you or even Mark, is something I'm not interested
in experiencing."
Scott waited several more moments to speak. He could feel, through
their shared chest, that his son was gaing control over his emotions
again. "Luke will probably be out for an hour or two, so we will just
have to relax."
Now that his emotions were under control, Max sarcastically commented,
"Is that your diagnostician Dr. Seltzer."
"Yes, that is my professional opinion as a doctor. Besides, we could
use this time to have a little father son bonding." Scott replied.
"Uh...Dad. If you want to have a true father son bonding time like
what Ethan and Luke had, then your going to need to take the whole package first. Mark will have to join us first." Max stated.
"HAHAHA, Deal! Now, I still have to use the bathroom so..." Scott
replied.
"What!" Max exclaimed. "I thought you just brought me in here to calm
me down."
Scott grew a smile on his face, "Yes, but I still had to go to. This
was kind of like killing two birds with one stone. Now, let's see how
we're am going to do this."
