The College Boy who has no Girlfriend

added by LuisJM 13 years ago O

A few moments later…

“Dumped again… I can’t believe it! I’ve been dumped again!”

Jonathan, John for short, huffed to himself as he violently kicked the can down the sidewalk. This is the fifteenth time he got turned down by another girl from college. He doesn’t understand why they tend to turn him down. At age twenty-four, he is always a handsome young man. He has a medium build with that of an athlete and peach skin that looks a little tanned. His face is mature with brown short cut hair and dark blue eyes along with a five o clock eye shadow. He’s wearing a green polo shirt with long blue jeans and a pair of Adidas sneakers. He does well with sports, football his favorite, but he’s also smart too, with as and Bs in English, Science, and Mathematics. So why doesn’t he get his luck on the ladies?

When he first entered college, one of the things he had to do is find the perfect girl, so that when he graduates, they could get married, have kids, and by happy forever. Shrugging that thought, he then smiled to himself and said, “Oh well… Finders keepers, losers weepers.” He then picked up the ring and slowly slid it into his finger. Examining the ring, he knew it looked a little tacky, but it does clash with the way he dresses. Once he was done looking at the ring and walked back to his parents home since his college is a driving distance away from there.

The moment he approached his home, he went upstairs to his room and immediately locked the door. His room is that of the everyday college student. His bed was sloppy with his bed sheets all tangled up, the floor is cluttered with workbooks, clothes, and magazines, the computer on his desk has websites for both work and pleasure, his TV has an X-Box 360 and a PS3 in between, and there were posters on the wall that show sports stars, cars, and fashion models. The moment he locked his room for his privacy he…
