"That was so cool," Tricia sighed with delight. She had returned to her original body, height and hair back to normal, and clothed once again. She was on her bed, lying on her stomach and swinging her legs in the air as she looked over the remote's other options.
She thought it'd be nice to have a change that would let her go out in public. Shrinking or growing was too obvious if done in exaggerated amounts, but a little change couldn't hurt. She wanted something more than just that. A complete makeover.
Her mind flew to a few years back when she had briefly wanted to try an emo/goth phase. Unfortunately she didn't have the money to buy an entire outfit, and her parents refused to buy that kind of stuff for her. Now, on her own for the first time, she figured it might be worth a shot.
She found that the remote could give her any type of clothing and jewelry she wanted. She also had an idea for some slight physical adjustments. She went over to her mirror and began to work.
First, she used the shrinking button to take herself from 5'4" down to 4'10". The usual shifting of her clothes ensued. Even a mere six-inch shrink left her with baggy pants and sleeves that threatened to swallow her hands.
She pressed another button and her skin became paler. She zapped herself a third time and felt her breasts slowly shrink inside her bra cups. One more zap caused a small bit of fat and muscle to disappear from her frame.
Now it was time for the clothing. She disrobed completely, taking note of her body's changes. She was quite short for her age, with a skinny neck and limbs like twigs. Her complexion looked as if she hadn't been outside in months. Her breasts had been reduced to a humble A-cup. She looked the epitome of a meek, sheltered little girl.
Seeing herself like this made her feel meek as well. She had always been happy with her body and the prospect of losing it, even for a little while, made her a little sad. Fortunately, it was counter-balanced by the excitement she felt at becoming a totally new person. She knew she could use these feelings, drawing from them the inspiration to create her wardrobe.
The question was what direction to take the outfit? She considered doing a stereotypical emo outfit in mostly black, a grungy goth look or a more upscale, fancy goth outfit. There were others too, like the punkish emo rocker look.
She eventually settled on a style close to what she wanted when she was younger...
