Because you and Matt couldn't walk together very well, Hector let you
ride on his back. You and Matt had to get every once in awile to give
your legs a rest though. Hector's were like sand paper to your bare
skin; you and Matt could only take so much at a time. Along the way,
you came a cross a small viliag, where you 'borrowed' some clothes.
After a few days, the three of you made it to a dense forest. From
that point on, you and Matt had to walk. The trees made it difficult
for Hector to walk properly. But soon enough, you made it through the
forest and found yourselves in a beautiful meadow. There were flowers
everywhere, and a small stream running down toward you. On the far end
there was a small cabin. "There it is. That is where my friend lives."
Hector said.
Once you got close, Hector bellowed, "Zedis! Your old fried is here to
see you."
"Hector is that you!" A familiar voice yelled from the cabin. The door
opend, and Zodis stepped out.
You and Matt instantly clenched your fists, and got into a fighting
stance, which didn't look intimidating at all. You and Matt still
weren't working together too well. "Zodis!" You both yell.
"Zodis?" the man said. "I am not Zodis! How dare you call me by my
brother's name!"
"What?! Brother?!" You and Matt exclaim.
Hector walked between you two and Zedis. "I am sorry about that Zedis.
I forgot to tell them." Hector then turned his attention to you and
Matt. "Gideon, Matt, I would like you to meet my dear friend, Zedis.
He is the twin brother of the evil Zodis."
You and Matt eased a bit, but you still didn't completely trust him.
Zodis gave you and Matt one final angry glance, but then turned back
to his friend. "Hector, its good to see you again, even though it
appears not to be the best of times."
Hector smiled, "Yes it is good to see you too. So did you get my
message?"
Zedis nodded, "Yes, but I thought they were a two-headed dragon, not a
two-headed man."
Hector explained. While, you and Matt were trapped, he sent a magical
message to Zedis about what Zodis was doing. Hector was not able to
send another message, so Zedis still assumed that you and Matt were
still a two-headed dragon. Hector also went on to tell how he used the
witches teleporting paper to get out of the castle, and how the three
of you were marked.
Once Hector was finished, Zedis kept nodding head, thinking about what
was said. "Well, luckily for the three of you, I made two potions. One
of them is designed to release Hector of his dragon form. The other
one I designed will hopefully separate the two of you."
"Hopefully" you said worriedly.
"Yes, hopefully." Zedis said, "You see, the two of you joining
together was a byproduct of my brother's dragon potion. That makes it
far more difficult to reverse, compared to a potion designed
specifically to fuse to people together. Plus, the witches curse might
have an affect on both of the potions. The curse might make each of
your transformations...permanent."
