Olivia opened her eyes-and her and her sisters' room looked very different.
First, it was a cave. Not a dark, dank cave filled with bats, rats, lizards,slugs, and other nasty things, but a clean, furnished one. The only light was coming from a strange, luminous glowing fungus that grew on the cave walls, yet somehow Olivia could see as well as in the light of day.
She looked to her left, at her sisters' beds-and saw two strange looking girls in them. They looked small, and their skin was a strange bluish ebony. Yet their hair was white as snow.
Olivia was about to scream when she noticed a strand of white hair come into her eyes. She moved to brush it aside-and saw her hand was the same color as the two other girls!
Seeing a vanity mirror in the corner, Olivia got out of bed-and saw that she was not wearing her usual pajamas but a black negligee. Rather revealing too, she thought. She stood up, and quiet as a mouse, walked to the vanity and sat down.
She let out a quiet gasp at her reflection. Yes, their was the same blue-black skin and white hair. Her figure was rather slender and petite, yet well endowed. She had bright, blazing red eyes-maybe they had something that let her see so well in the dark-and when Olivia swept back her hair, she saw her ears were long and pointed.
Olivia looked back at the two girls sleeping, and somehow she recognized them as her Tiffany and Nicky. She also knew what they'd become; their younger brother Patrick was a Dungeons and Dragons freak and they'd play it with him just last night.
