"You lie!" Jennifer yells, raising her foot over you, the large muscles of her legs tensing, ready to crush your weaker body at a moment's notice. She keeps it there, preparing to kill you, before a smile stretches slowly across her face.
"No," she says calmly, lowering her leg, looking down at your body, as it shook with fear. "I have a better idea. I'll be right back." The Amazon turns and exits the room, leaving you alone for a few minutes. You sit in the darkness, your body still trembling. Off in another corner of the room, a steady drip of water splashes into a puddle on the floor, the only sound breaking the silence, along with your whimpering at how you ended up in a place like this. You remember the bracelet the genie gave you and look up to see it's still on your wrist. You're about to time travel again, when you hear the knob on the door turn. You freeze, as the same woman returns.
The door opens and she walks into the room, carrying a thick chain with a neck brace attached at the end. "Get up!" she commands, as she opens your cell again. You do as you're told, not wanting to upset her. "Stand still," she orders, as she bends down, putting the brace around your neck. Before leaving, she rips your shirt and pants off in one quick motion, leaving you in only your underwear, socks and shoes. The bracelet falls to the ground and you immediately reach for it, desperate to return to your own time, before the woman by your side keeps you in place.
"You stay put until I say you can move," she says, tugging hard on the chain, causing you to tumble forward to the ground. You cough, rubbing your neck, while the Amazon laughs above you. "Now, come on. I know just the place for you." You get up, and walk with her, while the chain drags heavily behind you.
The two of you leave the prison area and sunshine immediately hits you in the face as you go outside. You shield your eyes as they adjust to the light, noticing all of the other towering women standing around, with men attached to their own chains. Some had their chains attached to metal links fused to the ground, keeping them in place, while their "owners" talked amongst themselves. Other men were busy working, doing things the women didn't feel like doing, like raking yards and repairing the handful of vehicles in the area that still worked. Almost all of them were as minimally dressed as you were.
"I thought you didn't like men," you ask Jennifer, as you struggle to keep up with her longer strides.
"We don't," she replied, looking down at you, a smirk on her face. "That doesn't mean we can't use them for cheap labor, though."
"Just where are you taking me?" you ask, a little concerned.
She looks down at you, smiling at your terrified expression.
