Jennifer told them her plan. They all thought it would work beautifully and looked forward to seeing its finish. They would use all the knowledge of the curse that the last few hours had shown them. All fully dressed, the grabbed their things and headed back to the school. Trish led them back through the woods to make sure they didn't get lost. They crept along the boundaries of the school grounds, just to make sure no one would see them.
They made it to the parking lot unseen, when they began to split off to their own cars. Jamie then said, "Wait! This is dumb. We should all just go in one car." Liz said, "We can't all fit in mine." Jennifer said, "I've got the 4-door today, let's go." They all ran to Jennifer's car, quickly climbing in. School was just about to let out and they wanted to clear the parking lot just to be on the safe side. Jennifer turned the keys to her brand new Chevrolet and sped out of the parking lot just as the sound of the final bell could be heard.
They drove to the nearest gas station, about 2 miles away from school. Once there, they parked in front of the pay phone, and all of them climbed out to look inside. "OK," Jamie said, "what was the little creep's last name, Jenn?" Jennifer frowned and said, "Oh shit! I can't remember." Jamie looked as if she was going to die. But then Jennifer shouted, "No, wait! Uhh, let's see. Uh, Parks? No, Perks. No, uh, Perk-Perkins. Yea, Perkins! That's it!" Trish, holding the book, paged to Perkins and looked. "Swell," she said, "There's no Kyle Perkins listed in here." Liz said, "Well that's probably because he lives with his parents, you airhead." Trish shot her an icy glance and looked again. "OK we've got 3 'Perkins.' Brian Perkins, 257 West Hickory St. Keith Perkins, 32 Walnut Crescent. And, Stephen Perkins, 840 Tolino Rd. So where do we go?"
Jamie said, "We're closest to Hickory St. We should go there first and see." She turned to Jennifer and said, "You should let one of us drive so you can strip." Jennifer scoffed, "I'll do it when I get there. Let's just get going." They jumped back in the car and proceeded to what they hoped would be Kyle Perkins' house.
It took them seven minutes to get to 257 West Hickory St. It was now 2:58. If Kyle lived here, he'd probably get home within the next 10 minutes. Jamie told Jennifer to park a few houses down so that Kyle wouldn't see them when and if he got there. They waited for ten minutes. No cars had gone down the street either way, and no schoolbuses had passed either. Jennifer said, "I'm tired of waiting. Let's go to the next one." But as she glanced in the mirror, she saw a car approaching the house they had staked out. Sure enough, it stopped right in front of the light-blue painted house. The passenger's door opened and a 15 year old boy stepped out of the car.
Jennifer remembered what Kyle looked like from the incident last week, and whispered, "That's him alright." Trish turned and gave Jennifer a look, saying, "I know. I was there when you pantsed him." Jennifer looked, and said, "Oh yea. Sorry, I'm too worked up I guess." They looked again. Kyle shut the door of the car and walked up to the front door of his house. The car drove past where the girls were parked. The driver didn't see them. "Alright, girls," Jen said, while pulling her top over her head. "Time for revenge." Trish let out an evil laugh, while Liz and Jamie grinned in the backseat. Jennifer quickly finished undressing, but a thought crossed her mind. "What if I step on something like Jamie said?"
She was greeted with silence until Jamie said, "Dare me to change your feet. Trust me." The effect of Jamie's personality altering curse still upon her, Jennifer did so immediately. Jamie then asked Jennifer and she picked Transform. Jamie said, "Jennifer your feet will transform such that if you were to step on anything that would cause you and pain or harm of any kind, it would be as if you had stepped on nothing." This way, Jennifer had the power of the curse again, and wouldn't worry about damaging her feet on the way to Kyle's front door.
They all stepped out of the car. Jamie found a stone laying on the sidewalk, and thought it would be good to test her curse. "Jenn, here, step on this really hard," she instructed. She laid the stone back down in such a way that a jagged edge was pointing up. Jennifer did so, and did not make a sound. "Does it hurt?" Jamie asked. Jennifer smiled and said, "Not a bit. Check my foot to see if there's a mark." There was none. Jamie smiled, knowing that she had come up with another solution.
Now they finally walked up to Kyle's front door. Trish would ring the doorbell, and Jamie and Liz were to stand in front of Jennifer until they were invited in. Kyle would more than likely see Jennifer's face from inside his house, but that was OK. They walked up to his front step. Trish looked at Jennifer for approval, and Jennifer nodded at her. Trish rang the doorbell.
