"Things are getting wildly out of hand," you think to yourself as Cynthia explains how the two of you should wish to be young girls rather than your current age.
"I mean, think about it," Cynthia exclaims. "If we wish to be younger, that means we now have the chance of growing up as girls rather than growing up as two boys who act and dress likes girls and want to be the opposite sex. It makes sense, right?"
Nodding slowly, another option also sparks in your mind...one that you think my get you back to where you originally wanted your wish to be.
"So," Cynthia says as she begins to write. "We should wish to be young. I think five is a good enough age...don't you?"
Nodding, you watch as your best friend writes down on the paper that she wishes the she and her best friend Penny (you) would transform into five year old female versions of your current selves. Reading this, you ask, "How about this be a slow transformation rather than a fast one?" and when Cynthia gives you a puzzled look, you quickly add, "You know, so we don't rush into something we can't right away handle. Also, so that we can enjoy what is happening."
Cynthia thinks for a moment and then after a bit, she nods in agreement and then writes down: Our transformation to feminine-hood should be a slow transformation, lasting roughly one week in length.
As you read this, you mentally sigh in relief, thinking that this will give you enough time to get ahold of the note and maybe correct your wish. As you sit and think about ways to get the note back, you fail to see Cynthia add: And once our transformations are complete, there is nothing that can undo them...we will have come into this world as girls and we will go out in the same fashion.
As she finished writing this, you offer, "Maybe we should add that we are best friends still and have been since we first met in Ballet class?"
Cynthia nods and says, "Yeah. Let's keep some of the original history," as she writes down your suggestion and then as she writes down about awareness, she explains, "Let's also keep it so that you and I are fully aware of what is happening but everyone else just accepts it and doesn't think twice about it."
You nod in agreement and then reply, "Let’s also keep it so that we are still going to the same school."
Cynthia agrees and as she writes this down, she asks, "Since we are still going to be in the same school and attend Ballet since the age of three, should we keep our other interests still the same?"
You think for a moment and then as you also think that maybe this might be turning out to be a bad idea and that you could end up hurting Cynthia's feeling, you instead nod in agreement. Watching your best friend write this and a few other things down, you wonder if maybe what you are considering could be a little to deceitful.
As you think this over, Cynthia writes down what should transform first. After a bit, Cynthia looks at the note, slowly rereading what she has written down. After rereading yet a second time, she asks, "So how do we know if our wish is coming true?"
Shrugging, you offer, "Write down at the bottom 'This is my and Penny's wish. Please make it come true'. Or something to that extent."
Cynthia nods and then after a moment, carefully rewords what you just said as she writes it down on the note. To busy thinking of ways to get the note back, you fail to see as Cynthia folds it up and adopted a thoughtful look on her face. After a bit, she stands and announces, "I'm going to put this in a safe place, okay?" and before you can respond, she flounces out of the room, shifting between the gymnastic poses and the Ballet forms that the two of you know from the classes you have taken.
Thinking, "Just great," you stand and creep across the room and look out into the hallway. Failing to see Cynthia, you silently move down the hall, wondering where she could have gone and where hid the note. Footsteps in front of you alert you to your friends return and hastily you duck into the first room, glad that it's the upstairs bathroom.
Patiently waiting, you shift about, flushing the toilet and running the sink after a bit. As you wait, you ask yourself, "Where could she have hidden the note," but for your efforts you only draw a blank.
Returning back to Cynthia's room, you find her sitting on her bed, looking down at herself. Concerned, you ask, "What's wrong?"
Looking up, she smiles and what she tells you suddenly made you wonder if wanting to change the wish you made is such a good idea. In a quiet tone, Cynthia tells you, "If this is for real, we can finally get what we always wanted. I don't know about you," and here she gently cupped her crotch, "But I am so uncomfortable with having a penis and testicles. If just feels off."
Suddenly unsure of yourself, you sit down next to Cynthia and after a bit, you take her hand in yours. Sitting, holding your best friends hand, you suddenly do something so feminine without thinking about, it makes you wonder which wish is working...gently moving, you embrace Cynthia and tell her in a soft tone, "Don't worry. In the end, everything will all work out and I am sure we will both be happy in the long run."
Smiling, Cynthia returns your hug and for the moment, the two of you sit on the bed, embracing each other as two girls would to comfort one another.
