Transform or Dare?

Den sweet den

added 13 years ago O

Kaylee watched carefully as Darla explained who such cuts and wounds were treated, while Fran tended to Jensen. The sight of Marcy and Kevin attacking Jensen when their physical transformations completed frightened her. Both from fear that Jensen would suffer a serious injury, but also to a certain extent the Jensen would have killed her now transformed parents in a fit of rage. Kaylee didn't want either of those things to happen, and she was glad that the resulting scuffle ended with nothing serious.

Jensen's wounds outwardly looked worse then they were, and all four wolf pups largely looked okay. But still, things coul have been worse, which was why Kaylee had asked Darla share her first aid knowledge.

"These aren't that serious, and they'll likely recover from them quickly," Darla explained, "but I'm sure we can come up with a substitute training dummy to use to simulate more critical injuries."

Kaylee nodded as Darla finished her work with cleaning up the four wolf-pups.

"Thank you..." Jenny began to say.

"Darla," Darla told the four pups, "and my sister is Fran."

"Thank you, Darla," all four pups chorused in unison.

"You're welcome," Darla answered and stood up to see that Fran had finished wrapping a bandage around the bite wounds that Marcy and Kevin had left in Jensen's leg.

She began to look concerned when Jensen limped slightly as he went.

"I'll be alright," Jensen answered, when he notice the twin's concern for him, "It will heal. In the meantime there are other things that need to be done."

Fran and Darla nodded.

"First of, this room will need to lose the rug," Jensen began, "my blood and the urine will give an unwelcome atmosphere to anyone who has to come in here that isn't part of the pack."

"Sorry," Marcy and Kevin both spoke weakly from where they were.

Jensen gave the two reddish brown pups a polite nod, as he was certain that their mental changes were done. They truly were sorry.

"There is also the matter of the doors," Jensen spoke.

"The doors, master?" Darla asked curiously.

"The inside doors, anyway," Jensen answered, "The outside doors will stay, just to protect the pack... but the inside doors are an annoyance. They help muffle sounds and slow down scents. That will not do. And besides, the doorways will have to altered so that we fit through them."

Darla and Fran then turned to look at the toppled door that Kaylee had knocked down.

"We see, master," the twins nodded.

"We can start with removing the doors," Kaylee said to them, "sawing out enough space for us to fit through the doorways will take a while."

"The rug, Kaylee," Jensen gave a low growl.

"Oh, right," Kaylee nodded and moved over to the office table that Bart and Jenny would likely be using to keep the pack funded.

She carefully lifted up one edge of the table and slid it till it was off of the rug. While Kaylee moved the table, Fran and Darla began rolling up the rug. Bart, Jenny, Marcy, and Kevin soon joined the blond she-wolves in rolling up the rug, although for them, it quickly devolved into them trying to stay on top of the rug while Fran and Darla rolled it up.

"Okay, you four, we need to lift the rug up," Fran spoke.

Each pup gave a slight whine, but hopped down to approach Jensen and Kaylee. They were soon fascinated by the clicking of their claws on the hardwood. Jensen only glanced down with a sigh. They would looking after when they weren't working on maintaining what would be the pack's estate and power base. True, Kaylee had easily demonstrated skills needed to discipline badly behaving pups, but Jensen still looked forward to eventually impregnating her. Part of him also hoped that when the females came into season, he would have time to impregnate all of them, but Kaylee came first. In order to gain the time for that, Jensen knew that Bart, Jenny, Marcy, and Kevin would need a sort of nursemaid or nanny to look after them when they weren't working.

"That would fit Martha's role," Jensen thought to himself as Fran and Darla lifted up the rug.

"Where do we take the rug, master?" Fran asked as she lead the way.

"The basement!" Bart and Jenny cheered, "the dark stinky place."

Jensen shook his head, "it won't be all that dark to us. But yes, they're right. We have a large furnace in the basement. You can burn it down there. Kaylee will help you shred it down to a more manageable size."

"Aren't most furnaces gas fueled?" Kaylee wondered.

"We have a wood stove down there too," Jensen answered, "Jenny preferred it on cold winter nights."

"I liked it when Bart made a fire in the fire place," Jenny smiled, "the smell of burning wood... the crackle of the fire... it's so homey."

Kaylee began to lead Fran and Darla out of the office. Before they left, Darla stopped and looked back.

"What will you be doing, master?" Darla asked.

"I have some questions for Bart and Jenny," Jensen answered, "Making sure that no one catches us unaware."
