The door closed as Christina walked away. Sean began to panic; he (now she) wanted his old body. Well, at least, I'm young again, Sean thought. The lights were turned off and Sean thought, I guess I have to go to sleep; I'll think this out in the morning. Sean got on the pink bed and tried to sleep.
Sean thought about what a strange day it had been. She was nervous about the future, wondering how she would get back to her old body... and what was happening to her original body anyway? With the mind of a young girl in it, what would its fate be? But despite her fears and anxieties, she found herself falling asleep soon.
In the morning, Sean woke up slowly. But no sooner had she stepped off of the bed than Christina opened the door. "Hi, Sophia, how was your first night as a girl?"
"Um, it was alright, I guess," Sean told her.
"Great," Christina replied. "There's so much to show you. You've got such a nice collection of pretty dresses. And dolls you can play with. And..."
"But, wait," Sean told her. "This isn't what I wanted. I never wanted to be a little girl!"
"Well, I know, you wanted to be a big girl like me, but you can't really appreciate what it means to be a girl unless you've lived your entire life that way, you know."
"I didn't want to be a girl at all," Sean argued. "Yes, I switched bodies with you, but I didn't really mean to. It was just an idle thought."
Christina thought about what Sean told her and said...
