Government officials want to make it as laws, giving the security divisions of the government reasonable limits of what is “Torture.”
Torture as prescribed in the Bill includes such as what our country stood to fight against in years past, it called then as tyranny. Now needed is to fight fire with fire in hopes that some self-righteous group does not decide to nuke the hell out of everybody on earth.
A portion of the Bill considered includes the use of Phobia torture; so after learning what make a person fearful, then to use this to force them say what someone wants to hear.
“Dora-phobia,” as classified the horrendous fear of fur and or animal skins:
At the forefront of this issue, Sunrise Research Foundation is offering their new process named Reformation Serum. A physical cell inhibitor and reorganization of a living being, transitioning their genus partially or if desired for better long-term internment security as completely. The process used can and given the need, rearranges the subject effectively to cause a permanent reformatted body. This decreases the expensive internment facilities, using only common farm fencing to keep those considered still dangerous from wandering.
Scientific experimentation of this process has continued for a few years since the idea of it became as a reality in the mind of its inventor. Since the beginning and to present day, a varied host of benefactors have come forth, signing hold harmless contracts and subsequently donated their physical body to science while still alive.
The first acquisition of a donor came from a college student in need of money to continue his education. Once his treatment began, he chose to become a factual pioneer of the Reformation Process. At the outset, he liked the plan to utilize him as a primary beginning to establish the process, accepting a then permanent bodily transition from his human form to that of a Dartmoor breed of a stallion pony.
During the months of rigorous transitions of soft tissue and then skeletal reconfiguration, his muscle mass increased, stamina enhanced supremely, as he felt the avocation required him to let the Foundation use him as a stud breeder animal. The idea of his was accepted and administration of him as a stud pony went into advertisements across the country. Many avid interested requests arrived for “Prince Daniel,” the name he wanted to exploit himself as he eagerly authorized his use as a customary pony at stud.
Ideals of immorality and religious based arguments prevailed for a short while, but ceased soon after the news release about Prince Daniel in one mating session did thoroughly impregnate a Dartmoor pony mare by the name of Marge. Daniel became an idealistic stallion to his passionate betrothed pony mare. They became as if a family, she eleven months later being a fine filly foal, as Daniel having a highly intelligent mind still, named his pony daughter as Alice; being he felt he lived now in a wonderland of ponydom.
Fear of partial or complete Reformation of a body into some animal genus is for some willing donors as horrible a consideration as it might be for a prisoner without a future.
Example: Prisoner informer serving a life sentence asked for asylum status when other inmates tried several times to murder him. His request went through channels, coming to the attention of the Foundation owning the Reformation Process serums. A permanent contract offered and signed by the prisoner, offering him life-long internment at the foundation or to varied establishments where he could reside in absolute safety.
Wishing only to continue to be alive and not as he said, “Giving a damn what the Foundation wanted him for,” his release from sedation saw him finding his new situation as equally terrible as was the threatening times in prison.
Once injected with the blood serum, the donor prisoner became unconscious, remained in a sedated state for the months of Reformation serum infusion. Upon his awakening, he had different feelings and drastic new sensations for his then fully Bovine body. Reformatted into the physical form of a Black Angus Bull, given a brass nose ring for added control when transported, “Martin,” began to discover his new lifestyle.
Although brutal an existence in many ways, Martin has learned to use his brute muscular self and force mate with first Foundation cattle. His insemination of cows in general became easier for him as the count of cows bred increased above one hundred. Excited by his new heightened sense of smell, he is easily aroused, (Horny) as he has learned how to urge his body to force a release of his semen, and/or to mate with a cow and gain a release.
Loneliness, lack of ability to communicate with people, or having friends, Martin became as a recluse personage. He avoids people, snorts acts as if infuriated whenever a wrangler enters the pen or comes within eyesight of his bullish self. As expected, the mental masculine mind of Martin adjusted, and after just eight months of living as and in the form body of a bull, he achieved a mental transition to using of instincts for his daily living as do all bulls.
Mating rituals and animal courting behavior patterns reinforce the continuously even increasing fear felt by those transitioned. Martin and since him, others so tested communicated in various methods as to their disliking of feeling pressured to live the lifestyle to their chosen animalistic form. Some pressures come from scientists wishing to learn as well forced by their animal peers and or partners to attest to accepting of what they became and sine must live, do, and try to enjoy.
It is as a form of torture to place an interned prisoner or terrorist in proximity of a transitioning personage while they can communicate the weird realm of sensations as their body slowly changes species. Fear or the unknown is enough to force a person required to watch a transitioning person, asserting that they are next, brings most to realize what they are is not what they might live out the rest of their lives. “They begin to talk and tell all, less they need learn to whinny, bray, moo, or oink!
