As Rain stood there, casually blowing smoke rings as though she had
been addicted her entire life, she found herself sharing the area with
a group of other people from inside, two girls, three guys, also
smoking. She gazed at them, unblinking, her vacant stare reflecting
her hopelessness. She felt incredible. She felt attractive. She took
another drag, aware now that she had caught the eyes of a couple of
them. She let the smoke billow gently from her mouth; like her soul
was evacuating her body. One of the people, one of the girls, came
over to her, her long flowing skirt making it look like she was
floating.
"I've never seen you before. Did you come alone?" she asked.
"I am alone, yes. But aren't we all, really?" asked Rain.
The girl smiled gently and placed her lips, brilliantly red, around
the end of her own cigarette, taking a puff that Rain could swear was
intended to be seductive. She may have been ~feeling~ attractive, but
this girl ~was~ attractive. She felt a stirring inside her. A desire.
She felt a need.
"What's your name?" she asked.
"Blackfeather. Rain Blackfeather," she said.
"I love rain. My name's Serena. It's wonderful to meet you."
"And you," said Rain.
She felt the sudden need to lean forwards and kiss Serena, but she
tried to bury this feeling. It would be a strange, if memorable first
impression. Still, her body was on fire, and the thought of their
pale skinned bodies writhing against each other was almost too much
to bear.
The little bit of Sean he had left inside wondered whether he should
turn down the arousal settings.
"Would you like to join us?" asked Serena.
