Mark-O's parents lokked at each other then their son. "Transform," they both said.
Mark-O giggled, as much in pleasure as on impulse. "Fine. For your transformation you will become clowns like Me and Jen. You are no longer Kyle and Lorraine Smith; your new names are Beeper and Rosey. The two of you are both auguste clowns; you have to do whatever Jen and I tell you; we also get to prank and humiliate you whenever we want. As far as anybody knows, you two have always been clowns and we are just one big happy family of clowns. You both work in the circus with me and Jen; and have a full knowledge of clown tricks and routines and cartoon physics. However you are both clumsier than me and Jen."
Suddenly white began to appear around Kyle and Lorraine's mouths and the spaces surrounding their eyes. There, the resembelence end, for the rest of Kyle's complexion became a ruddy orange color while Lorraine's sugary pink. Their mouths stretched into wide smiles, Kyles lips became black and his wife's a bright red. A loud POP! sounded, and the couple had bulbous red clown noses like their childrens'.
Their faces continued to change as wide black eyebrows topped their eye patches. Vericle black lines formed above Kyle's eyes; Lorraines lids were shaded blue and her black eyelashes stretched and curled until they touched the top of her forhead. Lorraine's hair curled into ringled and turned from brown to fire engine red. Kyles hair curled into an afro and became neon yellow. Then the hair on top fell out, leaving him with a bald head surrounded by a mass of yellow curls.
Kyle's business suit grew to two sizes too big for him. The blazer turned red and his paints became white with vertical yellow stipes, while his tie became yellow with red polka dots and grew four times too big. Lorraine's bathrobe morphed into a puffy red and white clown dress. An small orange derby appeared on top of Kyles shiny bald clown head, and a twite bow topped Lorraine's hairdo. Both their shoes stretched into clown shoes; Kyle's were longer while Lorraine had longer toes.
Kyle and Lorraine, or rather Beeper and Rosy looked at each other, as if trying to remember something, then at Mark-O. "Good morning Mark-O!" Beeper chuckled in a deep goofy voice. "Are you ready for the show tonight, son?"
Jen had just come down to the table for breakfast; she grinned and giggled as she realized what her brother had just done.
