Kel decided to sit on the bed. He opened the book to page one. He was surprised at what he was seeing. The words were slowly making sense to him. Then he realized what it was he was reading.
The scripture was becoming clear to him. He was able to read and understand every word on the page that was in front of him.
It was explaining to him that since he read a spell, he was able to make sense of the language. He noticed the first spell in the book was an undo spell.
He carefully read the spell. Then he noticed that his clothes felt different again. He was wearing his clothes again, the boy ones. He grinned and thought to himself, "easier than I thought." He skimmed the rest of the book. He realized he was able to read everything now.
"Kel, come to dinner!" He heard his mom shout.
"Coming!" He yelled back.
He set the book down on his bed and then went down stairs. In the dining room the table was set with food and four plates.
One plate was for him. One plate was for his mom, which she was sitting at. The other one was for Zarah, his ten year old sister. The last one was for Hana, his 20 year old sister.
They all ate food together. When they were done, his mom said, "Kel, you have dishes duty."
Kel made a face, but knew better than to argue with his mom. He first cleared the table. Then he ran some warm water in the sink. After the sink was filled, he did the dishes. When they were done, he put them away after drying them.
