You're now a fully inflated balloon tethering on the string and the
baby looks at you with an evil grin on his face. The woman returns
with the diapers she got from the vending machine and puts them on the
baby.
"What a nice balloon you got there! Such a pretty blue balloon!" she
coos at the baby.
She picks up the baby and you're being carried out of the diaper
changing area. As you pass the balloon vendor, he looks at you knowing
that the transformation is complete! The woman stops at the booth next
to the balloon vendor, which says "RETURNS AND REFUNDS", she tells the
beautiful blond cashier there "I believe we're done here!" With that
she unties the balloon from the baby's wrist as the baby giggles and
hands you to the cashier. The cashier pays the woman so she and the
baby leave.
She unties your knot, lets your air out and puts you in a drawer along
with the other balloons!
