Startled by your sudden change of gender, you sit at the side of the lake in your dripping wet clothes and try to process what's just happened. You conclude that this is some kind of magical lake, but you have a hard time accepting that idea.
You feel movement on your shoulders. You run your fingers through your hair and realize that it's still growing. It tickles your ears and your back as it falls.
Your vision shifts. The world feels like it's swaying, rising. If you weren't already sitting down, you'd have fallen over from dizziness. Instead, you easily use your arms to brace yourself against the rising ground. It subsides after a moment, and when you work up the courage to move again, you feel lighter. Smaller. You can't tell by how much, but it seems from your different equilibrium that you've shrunk at least six inches.
You look down at your body and see that your skin color has changed. Leaning carefully over the water's edge, you take another look at yourself and see the face of a young Asian woman. Perhaps Chinese or Japanese...you can't tell exactly. Your hair has turned a rich black and become perfectly straight. It has passed your rear and is now gathering on the ground around you.
"What in...?" you ask out loud, stopping when you hear how tiny your voice sounds. You're a girl all right, maybe 19 or 20 at the oldest, Asian and at least six inches shorter.
You slowly stand up, taking note of your new center of gravity and adopt a posture that will keep you upright with your new C-cup breasts, which present a significant weight issue. Also grabbing your attention is your hair, which seems to be lightly tickling your ankles. In seconds, the locks are again starting to pool on the ground.
"Is it ever going to stop?" you ask in your higher voice.
