For a moment Matt toyed with what he wanted to do to Ashley next, but he felt like savoring the moment. The previously oppressive step sister - once towering over him - had been reduced to a bug. A quarter of an inch in height, dangling helplessly by her tiny hands from his enormous fingers. The sense of control was overwhelming, and Matt smiled. "How's it feel being so insignificant, Ashley?"
The tiny girl's response was to do nothing, trembling in fear, and Matt could barely make out her facial features anyway, so small had she become. She was clearly horrified.
"It's not nice, is it? Feeling so helpless, so small."
He heard her say something distantly, nothing more than a tiny squeak now, and saw her shake her head 'no' frantically.
"I bet you feel bad for making me feel like you do now."
She nodded up and down, almost in tears.
"Will you keep bullying me if I grow you back? Will you remember this?"
Ashley shook her head no and then yes. Even despite her incredibly tiny size, Matt could see tears falling.
"Good. Let's set you down." With that, Matt gently lowered his hand to the wood floor below and watched as a tiny Ashley tumbled from his fingertips and sprawled out in front of him. He saw her staring up at him expectedly.
"Start growing, Ashley. Very slowly."
The bracelet tingled again, and Matt got more comfortable, shifting so that he was lying on his stomach watching his step sister.
She jolted, stood up, and very gradually her tiny self began to enlarge. Seconds ticked by and Ashley grew in size, slowly, and within a minute or so she was back up to an inch in height.
The blonde blushed deep red on her cheeks and she looked up at Matt with not anger but total humiliation. He knew how she felt.
They stared wordlessly at each other, Ashley attempting to cover her naked body (or at least the important bits) as she grew onward, another minute giving her another slow inch.
Matt grinned, examining every curve or her naked and vulnerable body, and enjoyed the show.
"M-Matt..." She finally said meekly, just a little over three inches.
"Yes?" He said dreamily, distracted.
"I-I'm so sorry for how I've treated you these past three years." She put her head in one hand and sighed, defeated.
"Thank you." He grinned. "I bet you feel huge after that 'little' revelation, hey Ash?"
"Y-Yes." She whimpered, trying not to remember how small and pathetic she had felt. She gulped and held back tears. "Can... I have some clothes?" She was now five inches tall.
"In a bit." He giggled. "We're not done yet."
"Ohhh... haven't I paid enough?" She looked up at her step brother pleading, six inches and still growing.
"Hmmm..." He considered, a devious thought playing in his mind. "No. No, I think you can make it up to me another way first."
At seven inches, Ashley gulped. "Another way?"
"Yes." Matt nodded, grinning from ear to ear. "Get up to a barbie doll and then we'll talk."
Ashley blushed deeper, knowing what her twisted step brother had in mind, and gulped harder. "No... Matty... please." Eight inches. She covered herself again, scared.
"Oh yes. You're going to do it. Then we're even."
Nine inches, she was looking a lot bigger compared to earlier. "No, Matt... I'm still your sister. Please! I'm sorry! Don't make me!"
"*Step* sister." Matt corrected, "And you'll do it like a good little toy or I'll punish you." Ten inches now, she was almost a living barbie.
Eleven inches, Ashley sighed heavily and whimpered. "You're going to make me get you off, aren't you?"
Twelve inches, and Ashley shuddered as she stopped growing. "Yes, I am." Matt grinned, sitting up. "And you're going to like it or else."
