Morgan walked over to the bicep machine, and sat down on the bench. He rested his arms and elbows against the padding, before wrapping his fingers around the handlebars. At the end of the handlebars were weights attached, which Morgan would end up lifting, every time he would curl his arms.
"I guess this would be an easy exercise to start out with..." he thought to himself, as he set the machine to lift about forty pounds. "There! I don't want to over-do it on my first try!"
Morgan flexed his biceps and raised the bars up, while making his biceps harden and come to life at the same time. He did exactly twelve reps, before he set the bar down and let go of the handle bars.
"That was nice..."
He was about to step away from the machine, when he felt an odd prickling feeling in both biceps! Then, his biceps began to swell dramatically! It was just like more muscle was being pumped into his arms! His biceps were being inflated like balloons; that's how fast they were growing!
"Holy crap! What's happening to my arms?" Morgan whispered to himself as he watched his arms grow bigger and thicker.
His arms grew into big balls of muscle. First, his biceps were like tennis balls. Then, they grew to the size of softballs. Now, they were about the size of melons!
Morgan looked funny, walking around with huge biceps in his arms, but he felt incredibly strong!
"Something weird is going on here... Are my arms supposed to grow so big, after one workout?" he wondered as he flexed each arm for the second time.
He then decided to shrug it off, and go on to the next exercise...
