Wolf or Dare: Repairing Fate's threads
(AN: Sorry, being feeling mental lately. And not in a good way. It feels like, I dunno.
Not good. Not good at all.)
Ami and Amy were in the garden of their dreamscape, a garden that no longer existed in
the real world after the end of World War Two. the sun shined at high noon constantly
without a cloud in the sky to block it.
Ami and Amy knew they were in a unique perspective to behold that fateful event where
the tinniest fraction of the sun's power was unleashed on Earth. And both Ami and Amy
wondered if there was slightly more to themselves than either of them realized.
Ami gasped, and tilted, but Amy caught her.
"Ami?"
"You can feel it too can't you? That Kurse's death is causing the Pack and the Pride
existences to cascade into the past. But it's done more than that. It's actually caused fate
to -split- three ways at least. Effectively diverting the timeline three different ways. looks
like she got her wish after all, a world where all possibilities are explored."
"Is that damaging to existence somehow?" Amy asked worried for her family.
Ami moved her head sideways, "I think the timeline will try it's hardest to merge back
together into one path unless a path becomes too unique to be assimilated back into the
whole... rather than the twins and quadruplets."
"Won't there be contradictions if the three threads don't match up completely?"
"You're right Amy... but it has to congeal together for our sakes. I was to be a part of you
until only after the curse was finally gone from this world. The fact the two of us exist at
the same time is in of itself a paradox."
"I understand Ami."
"There are three threads... they have to join back together, or time will -stop- for us, and
Glendale will never be free one way or the other."
Amy and Ami stood back to back and prayed, "Sisters of Fate, Holy Trinity, Id, Ego and
Super-Ego of Creation, known by an infinite number of other names, please, help us
restore these three threads of fate back into one so time may move foreword!"
