As Ty stepped onto the sidewalk outside the pancake house he heard footsteps following behind him frantically. It was Andrea, and she was waving him down with one hand. "Hey! Wait up!"
Ty stopped and waited for her, feeling sorry as she approached him out of breath and wheezing.
"Sorry." She caught her breath. "I don't mean to be a pest. I just wanted to know if you wanted some company."
"Sure!" Ty smiled. "I'd love it! Are you okay?"
"Yeah..." Andy gasped, winded. "Just, well... fat." She laughed. "They were right, you know. I'm a whale."
Ty considered this for a minute. She was about 5'6", and maybe a hundred pounds over her ideal weight. A whale. Hmmm, Ty thought... a whale. I could make her a literal whale. I know I can do animals. He considered the day so far. Just what could he do, anyway? Size wasn't a problem - at least, he could make things smaller. He could change people's shape into whatever he wanted.
"Hey, Andy!" Ty changed the subject suddenly. "Would you be interested in helping me try out a few things?"
The girl stood and rubbed her big hip. "I..." She grinned. "I suppose you know why I followed you, then?"
Ty looked her over. "I'm supposing you want to be deflated a bit?"
"Yeah!" Andrea blushed. "I mean... can you even do that?"
"Girl, I can do anything, I think." Ty laughed. "You followed the right guy. But I need somebody to experiment on."
"Wow." The girl blushed harder. "You definitely got the right girl, then."
"Why's that?" Ty raised an eyebrow, grinning.
She leaned in close to him and whispered something in his ear. Ty's grin grew. "Really!" He looked her over again and considered. "Hey, about that whale comment..."
Her eyes grew wide. "What? Right here?"
