Kat found her inspiration in the sky behind Nate. She smiled at Patrick and then to Nate.
"I know, he can be a werewolf," said Kat.
"Yeah!" exclaimed Patrick, who then started to make growling noises
Nate chuckled and then shrugged his shoulders. "Sure, I can be a werewolf."
"Yay!" said Patrick
"I have an old werewolf mask at my house, I'll go get it," said Nate as he started making his way back to his house.
Kat whispered a small enchantment and flicked her wrist. "You're not going to need it, Nate"
"What are you talking about?" he replied turning back to Kat.
"You're not going to need it," she replied again, a little more sternly this time. "Check out your hands."
Nate looked down and saw that long brown hairs had started to grow out along with his fingernails growing out a bit.
"Whoa! What the hell?!" exclaimed Nate.
"To make a long story short, I'm a witch. I turned Patrick and myself into vampires for the night. And as you have probably guessed, you are in the process of turning into a werewolf."
"Oh my god..." whispered Nate, as he turned away from them. The changes were escalating. he bent over, holding his gut, groaning, his voice becoming deeper with each one. "This is so cool!"
Nate turned around and faced Kat and Patrick. His eyes had changed to a dazzling yellow and large sharp fangs jutted out of his mouth. His face was framed by coarse brown fur. His ears were slowly growing out to points.
Patrick was looking a little scared by Nate's dramatic transformation. Nate gave him a pat on the shoulder with his clawed, paw-like hand.
"Don't be scared little buddy," he replied. "I'm actually enjoying this."
Patrick smiled, feeling reassured. There was a popping and tearing sound as Nate's sneakers ripped apart and his feet reshaped into digigrade paws. He reached back with a clawed hand and ripped a hole in his pants for his growing tail. He then ripped off his shirt, revealing a muscular chest covered in a thick, luscious brown fur.
Nate cried out as the last changes over took him. His face slowly pushed out into a snout and his ears moved to the top of his head. As the changes stopped, he took a look at himself. Seeming to smile, Nate threw back his head and let out a joyful howl.
"That was so cool," replied Patrick. "Com'n, let's go turn some people into other things."
The three monsters walked side by side down the street, looking for other people to change. It was going to be an interesting nightand it was just getting started.
