Damion and Steven started eating without anyone else. They found they didn't need to eat a lot, thanks to them sharing a body now. They were both happy. They each got a slice of the kind they wanted, and the same with there drinks, so there was no need for them to argue over anything. They were just enjoying the they're time together, unlike Kyle and Dave.
"Man, that was good." Steven said, patting their tummy, "Thanks for inviting me over, this has been a blast!"
"No worries! I wouldn't want to be like this with anyone other than you!" Damion grinned, and they gave each other a fist bump. They both started to laugh and cleaned up their mess. They were about to call upstairs that the food had arrived, but they could hear Kyle and Dave arguing. "Bah, they're still at it."
"Ya man... Why did they want to get stuck if they can't stand each other."
"They did it by accident." Damion turned to Steven and chuckled, "Sucks to be them!" He turned and they started to walk out the back door, "How about we have a little swim before you head home?"
"Ok sure!" The two of them raced each other to the outdoor pool. They slipped off their pants and dove in. They floated up to the surface with no trouble. "Hey Damion?"
"Ya?"
"Do you think we could do this again?" Steven smiled, "being joined I mean."
"Of course!" Damion answered, "I though you'd never ask! Tomorrow after school?"
"Ok!" Steven nodded eagerly. The two of them splashed around for awhile, before Steven let out a sigh, "Well... I guess I should be getting home. It's kinda late."
"Ya, ok." They got out of the pool, and gave each other another little fist bump, "See you tomorrow!" Damion lifted the chain from their necks and waited. Nothing happened. He gave a small push on Steven, but still nothing. "Ummm..."
"Oh man..." Steven looked a little worried, "Was your brother telling the truth? Is this really permanent."
"I don't know, I thought he was lying." Damion had the same look on Steven's face, "Come on. Let's so talk to him." They started to walk inside. Damion tried to calm them, but his voice was still shaky, "I mean... even IF, we are stuck like this... forever... it's not a big deal.. right?"
Steven gave a hesitant nod, followed by a nervous, "Uh-huh."
