6 months ago a new Instant Messenger service appeared out of nowhere called Chatter, the company behind it was brand new and had only been created the week before and none of the developers behind it were ever seen by the public. That however did not stop it spreading like wildfire through the internet. It was seen as superior to the likes of MSN and AIM by vast amounts of people due to it's user friendliness and it's random chat ability, where by you could randomly talk to another person anywhere in the world who was using Chatter, you could even set criteria for who the random person was.
However the true reason behind the creation of Chatter is still unknown to 99.999999% of the world. A software update however, is about to change that.
The update means anything said, or shown on Chatter shall become true, regardless of if it was before.
But who would be the first person to tell a lie?
