Luke and Mark had finished eating and had gone to join everyone in the living room. They walked it and slumped down into the first available seat next to Max and Zack. Ethan and Scott were still joined at the back and sitting sideways in the love seat so they could see everyone.
Luke and Mark jostled and bumped together when they sat down. There chests were pressed together because of how they were joined, and they were practically hugging because of it. Max did his best to ignore it. He kept telling himself that they joined themselves because they were the last two left, and that they were just two best friends. But, why did they join that way? Why? When they could have just been two headed?
Zack could feel his and Max's stomach knot, and their chest growing warmer. He could tell that Luke and Mark were bothering Max, even though they weren't trying too. Zack gave Max's half a tight hug and smiled. Max hugged him back, but it didn't seem to make him feel better.
Scott and Ethan stood up and stretched. Scott was facing the group of boys, "Ok... I think its time you went home. It's getting late and you have school tomorrow." Zack grumbled and whined, "And yes... you're all going, whether you're joined or not!"
Max couldn't help but smile, Mark and Luke now had to split up. Zack sighed and started to separate from Max. They both changed back to their normal selves, and got up. Ethan and Scott walked in different directions and pulled themselves apart.
Luke and Mark had to work at standing again after finally sitting. They began pushing each other, and started to come apart. It was awkward for them. The two right legs they were standing on, started to split into rights and lefts. They were almost apart when they fell over, making everyone laugh. They split themselves after that without much trouble. Mark got off of Luke and walked over with his family to the front door. Luke followed after them, and closed the door after they left, then locked it for the night.
