Jim considers his options. Crocodiles sound cool but surely sleeping in the same enclosure as them would be suicide? He looked across the faces of the others. One girl took his attention particularly; she was slim and blonde, with beautiful blue eyes. The first image that came to his head looking at her was one of a lioness.
"The lions?" Jim blurts out, not immediately realising what this meant.
"Nice choice," the zookeeper says. He turns to the blond and asks, "and you?"
"Uh," she pauses, her voice quiet. "I came to see the lions too. The lions? If there's any space."
"There certainly is, this is fantastic! We don't get enough... people picking lions," he says, writing something down on a clipboard. He turns to the next girl in line. "You?"
As the others make their choices, Jim turns to the girl. "Looks like we're spending the night together."
"It's exciting. I sure love lions," she says. "What's your name?"
"I'm Jim. You are..."
"Sophie," she replies.
"Okay, let's get you to your enclosures!" The zookeeper says.
