I casually walked out of the bathroom, expecting to see a bunch of people... Damn, I guess I'm a bit early. Oh well, that can't be helped.
"Hey ya cutie, what're you doing here so early~?" A woman's voice said from behind me.
"O-oh Miss Lina! Hi!" I awkwardly responded.
It was my homeroom teacher, Miss Lina... She was pretty young and very good looking, at least I thought so.
"Hm, that's weird~ I thought you and the walking mountain would've come in together... I've never seen you two apart before." She mused, looking around as if expecting Rasler to pop out from somewhere. I guess she was right, we were basically attached to each other.
"Oh he was a bit late getting up..." I lied.
"Late, hmmm~? Well, I'd say you're the one who's late. He's in the classroom already. He must've set his alarm clock early just like you, then, hm? You better scurry off to class before another teacher sees you! You know the rules." Miss Lina warned, gesturing towards her classroom down the hall.
"Okay, I'll do that..." I awkwardly responded before walking down the hall.

When in the classroom, I saw Rasler in the back. He looked up and beamed at me with those pearly whites.
"Trent!" He yelled, waving at me as if he were in a crowd instead of an empty room.
"Hi Rasler... I thought you were going to be home today..." I mentioned while taking my seat.
"Oh yeah uh, I snuck out!"
"You snuck out of your house to go to school." I stated, giving him a strange look.
"Well yeah! I-I didn't want to miss anything important, ya know?" He replied, folding his arms.
Okay, so he's obviously lying. He always stutters and folds his arms when he's lying... Oh I have an idea... I just need to think it so... I wish Rasler would tell me the truth but ONLY if I want the truth out of him.
"Ohoho, you really know how to use these wishes, don't you? Without that last part, he'd be spewing truths nonstop. That wouldn't look right, now would it? It sure would be funny, though! Anywho~ So you have wished it, so it shall be granted!" a voice rang out in my head. Damn, Nino is so freaky.
"Hey Rasler, why did you sneak out of your house?"
"To come see you at school. I don't like it when you're not around when you should be." he replied.
Wait, that's a little too much. Well, he did tell the truth, I just never expected him to say it so naturally and act as if though he didn't say it at all afterwords. That's a pretty embarrassing thing to say.
"Oh... Well that's normal for friends..." I trailed off.
"I think it's something for more than friends." He eerily replied.
"What do you mean?!" I asked, shocked beyond belief. No way he meant what I thought he meant!
"I like you. More than just a friend."
"Okay, that's it, to the boy's locker room. Now." I ordered, he looked at me as if he had no idea what was going on. Maybe he didn't.
I wasn't even sure what I was going to say or do in the locker room. I just knew it would be the only deserted place for a little while so we can talk about this without classmates staring. If they knew he was a bit fruity, then he'd probably be shunned and kicked off of all the sports teams because of it. Ug, what a mess I just made.
