Kat drew back the spell when she saw it was scaring Patrick. Kat rushed over and scooped him up. "It's OK little buddy I would never do anything to hurt you." Kat said stroking his head. Kat then remembered something.
"You know my friend Susan wants to be an artist, right buddy?" She asked Patrick as he nodded. Kat smiled. "Well she needs to create a portfolio containing pictures and paintings of a mythical creature in a natural environment. The rest of her class are just getting their boyfriends to dress up in silly costumes, but I told her we could go one step further and actually change you into a real mythical creature." Kat said. "Me?" Patrick asked as Kat giggled. "Don't worry sweetie, I'm not going to do it if you don't want to." Kat said as she playfully poked Patrick's nose. "So do wanna do it?" Kat asked in a gentle voice. Patrick replied with a big grin and shook his head. "Yes Kat." He said as Kat carried him upstairs. Dan was gone, most likely with his friends. Kat put Patrick down and grinned as Susan's care pulled up in the drive way. Going outside Kat greeted Susan as she did the same and greeted Patrick with a hug and kiss on the forehead. "Kat says she a real witch Suzie." Patrick said, using a nick name for Susan. Susan giggled as she looked him in the eye. "Me too, so are all the other girls we know." Susan answered, pulling out her own wand. Patrick turned to Kat who nodded to confirm it. "So you ready to change Sweetie?" Susan asked Patrick smiled. "Yes Suzie." He said, clearly excited. Both Witches giggled and led the young boy into the large and beautiful woodland forest behind Patrick and Kat's home. They continued until they came to a clearing with a deep, but calm pool. "OK so which creature do you want to start with Susan." Kat asked as Susan smiled.
