You squinted your eyes and awaited her wrath and she laughed at you. Not in a threatening menacing way but more in a outrageous disbelievable laugh. "I'm not going to hurt you," Sarah said. "But I can't allow Tom and Billy to go around doing what they will with that transformation substance. It must be returned to me immediately," She said and the hugged you. "Thank you, for telling me. Is there anything I can do for you?" She asked.
"Yes, I want to know something." You say.
"What is it?" She asked.
"What is your last name?" You ask.
Again she smiled and giggled at your response. "Well it's Hood. But my full name is Sarah Rhiden Hood." She stated perfectly as if she had practiced it for several years of her life.
"Right," you smiled and nodded.
So now you and Sarah were team mates in operation bovine transformation substance retrieval. Or as you called it, getting the juice back. But same difference. Anyways, you had formed a plan to get the stuff back but first you and Sarah had to go to her Grandmother for help. Now this wasn't going to be easier than getting the potion back or so Sarah had warned you but she told you that if Sarah was going to use magical means to help the situation, it was nessesary to let someone know just in case of any accidental magic hazards.
Personally you thought one might occur by just passing through Sarah doorstep but she told you that any spells in her house weren't going to work on you due to a small magic protection she gave you before entering her house.
The house itself was larger than it appeared outside. You noted it a s a possible magical reason but maybe that was just the genius of the archtechture. The house looked very elizibethan passed the living room. There were red rug like carpets that sat squarely on polished wooden floors. You had to admit the place looked spiffy. Even with all the mirrors. Apparently each mirror had it's own magical quality to to it. In one you saw yourselves with a pig snout. One you saw yourself with glowing yellow eyes. In another, you saw yourself in suit of armor and in another another, robes of royalty and nobilty. You had no idea what all these mirrors do or why you appeared differntly in all of them. But you had a feeling that each ment your fate or what your potential of becoming one day.
To you it was all very Harry Potterish and very creepy. You wanted to bolt right there and then but the door to Sarah's grandmother's room had already been opened. It seemed she was sick this morning. You could have sworn this whole senerio was very familiar only you couldn't quite place it.
Her grandmother spoke behind the blanket in low tones. Sarah had to practically yell for her grandmother to hear her through the blankets. You could barely make out the mumblings of the grandmother.
"What paws you have grandmother? Did one of your spells backfire?" Sarah asked. There was a grumble and a mumble from underneith the blanket.
You stepped around the room lightly with your instincts ablazed in alarm as you knew this was all too strange to comprehend what was going on. It was like something you had read as a child a long time ago but it's so familiar that you couldn't place it. That was when you saw Red's clothing in tatters by under the rocking chair.
"What a big snout you have, grandmother." Sarah said and you turned in immediate hurry to see a giant wolf-like creature begin to lounge at Sarah.
