Just before Jake got to Suzy, Suzy pulled off her shirt, letting her mammoth breasts bounce. Jake turned the corner and gasped. "Come over here Jakey boy, time for the fun!"

As he panted, his chest began to push out as well. Being as overweight as he was initially, his chest did not grow out a ton however, the shape changed as well.
