Jeff barely had time to admire his handywork getting dressed as a plastic doll before the world blurred out in front of him. When it started to clear, he felt strangly confined.
It wasn't dark, but there wasn't much light. He struggled to turn his head and discovered that he was having a hard time moving at all. Soon, he started to realize that he was in a box, looking at the back of a package that screamed "NAVY SEAL" on the back, showing a dark haired hero leaping off a rubber raft.
Jeff slowly realized that he was for sale in a toy store!
What made matters worse was that the longer he spent as a toy, apparently, the more toy like he was becoming. He had a hard time moving at all because of the plastic shell that encased him, but he had a sense that he was hardening into this position. It was no use to struggle, either.
He lost track of time stuck in the box. Unlike the movie, Toys didn't come alive at night, so when the lights went down, Jeff found himself in total silence. During the day, he was stuck in the back of the shelf. He was shuffed around a few times, once even dropped into a shopping cart by an eager child before being put on a shelf next to a Barbie doll by his parent. He was moved a few times over the next couple weeks before the lot of remaining NAVY SEALS was removed, marked down and thrown into a bin near the front of the store.
Jeff had long since passed the point of despair. He almost didn't care about his fate anymore, he just wanted out of this package!
