As Scott sat looking at the cotract and pondering his future, if any, he should have watched the doctor.
"Make up your mind, Sir!" demanded the doctor.
"I can't, this is so mind boggling that I can't decide which or what to do. I need the cash but the contract makes no mention of any additional royalties which my family might recieve. See here in paragraph seven line tweleve, All moneys that the volunteer may need after the inital change will be held till he or she would have need or use of money from the date of signing. If I read this the $75,000 won't be transfered to my wife, in fact no money would since I as ananimal would have no need or way to spend such money. In very simple fact sir this is a scam! OUCH !" spouted Scott.
A quick turn toward the pain and Scott saw the doctor just pulling out of his right arm a syringe. A yellow liquid still showing in the tube as then Scott jumped up and screamed at the doctor.
"Damn it, you couldn't wait to get me inside here to do your experiments, could you! I, I am, I........." as Scott fell to his knees the doctor smiled.
"There you go Scott, now no more silly talk about contracts. I don't need the contract to make this legal. In simple fact sir, the contract would have been destroyed later anyway. I don't plan to get sued over your upcoming change in lifestyle. Your wife and family will place your name as one of the thousands considered missing. Now that you are in my care the experiment can begin in earnest. The person Scott was in a very short time will cease to exsist. Oh true you will know who and what you are but for the most part the inbred instincts of the animal genes will govern your movements and actions. To Scott your thoughts will be as if floating in a void. You will feel, see, hear, taste, smell, and desire as the animal body does, but the actual control over yourself will be reactionary only. Now let's see what our quota looks like and who of our customers needs what?" explained the doctor.
Scott drooped to being limp as he rested on his knees. The moments of passion now held a deeper desire to strain to keep his own exsistance alive. Muttering to himself his thoughts were already becoming disjointed and mixed up.
The doctor laughed, "Scott, your on the way to a new life of wild emotions and raw sexual desires, what more fun could you ask to enjoy? I can't see why any business should pay a person to enjoy such as you. Indeed the weeks and months to come will open your eyes to a world you could never truly imagine!"
As two large and strong men took Scott by the arms he was lifted off the floor. In a twilight world of poisoned blood Scott raised his head and oggled the men to his right and left.
A short groan of fear issued from Scott as he saw the blurry forms of part men, part animal creatures dragging him to his fate.
