"NOW HOLD ON ONE SECOND!" Beth said, "That doesn't make a lick of sense! There's no
way Draco could have requested Marie because Marie didn't 'exist', and also he had made a
-PROMISE- NOT to speak a word of his discussion with Marie to anyone, and it's pretty
obvious that includes her being an Inquisitor, as Marie herself pointed out! So there could
be no way for them to 'accept the request for Marie and Vatican as the main Inquisitor'
when Draco couldn't have made such a request without giving away he knew about Marie!
And Vatican wasn't even PART of the Inquisition!"
"Marie made the request to be the main Inquisitor and requested Vatican to accompany
her, -though he'd have to change his name after leaving-. Draco just submitted the
missionary goal that he managed to get approved. The Council saw it as a means of
getting her out of their hair, and the American Colonies had proven very useful as a
political dumping ground of the unwanted. And they saw it as a way to keep an eye on the
Protestants. Of course Marie still celebrating Christmas -which the Protestants considered
to be still a Pagan holiday with different window dressing- ironically caused more trouble
for her than being part of the Inquisition, and of course her being Spanish."
"Like those in Mexico today?"
"Uh, no, those are Mexicans. They and Spaniards take offense when you confuse the two.
It's like asking where Big Ben is in New York only more so. And back on track, the days and
nights of no sleep were beginning to take their toll on Kathrine to the point of her acting
somewhat weird..."
"She did complete her training right?" Lilly asked.
"She did... but she'd have to eventually admit that she couldn't function without sleep
first..."

Ulysses came to check on Mary and to cheer up her half-sisters and joined the dance. The
teen wolves came along and saw the dance and joined it also without speaking. Finally
Kaylee and her cubs joined in too. At this point the dance migrated outside to the backyard
since it had gotten so big.
Amethyst was panting and felt her muscles burn, but continued to coordinate the dance as
long as he could.
