While Tyrone was admiring his new body, a small window popped up in the centre of the computer screen. It was a new computer virus, and due to how new the Chronivac was it was very vulnerable to viruses. As it was rifling through the Chronivac's files, it corrupted the mental changes Dan had made. They now read that he would believe he had always been this way, and not remember his old life as Dan.
All of this happened in the space of a few seconds while Tyrone was flexing in the mirror, and a beep from the computer made him turn around. A message said 'Chronivac 4.0: file corruption. Irreversible changes made. Apologies for any inconvenienve'.
"Shit, what irreversible changes?" Tyrone wondered as he looked over the options. He was still just as muscular, with the same amount of body fat, still African-American, and still with his huge foot-long, beer-can cock.
"Fuck, must be something not important," Tyrone decided.
Tyrone's eyes started to wander, and he caught sight of a photo on the wall. It was of some skinny pale guy graduating high school. There was a caption underneath saying 'Valedictorian: Daniel Matteson'.
"Shit, who's this fucking nerd on my wall?" Tyrone wondered as he ripped it off. But he felt weird as he did, as though he did know that guy once, but who he was was just out of reach of memory. It'd come back to him if this 'Daniel' was important.
Tyrone started looking through the other options on the Chronivac. After quarter of an hour he still couldn't find anything that had changed, and it never occurred to him that it could be his mind. In fact, he was even starting to forget he'd used it in the first place. Half an hour after the virus erased his memory of being Dan, he'd forgotten it completely, so he was using the program as though this was his first time.
He looked himself up and down in the mirror again. Handsome, confident, well-hung: Tyrone had it all. But he felt like changing something. He'd always wondered what it'd be like to be....
