There he stood, the 6' 8" tall anthropomorphic bear. "You know why we don't allow visitors, Anna!" He growls, trying to intimidate both her and Corbyn. Corbyn's mother simply shrugs him off with a brush of the shoulder. "Rage, you know I'm not scared of you. I've got more spiritual power than you ever will, and you know that I could flatten you in a second."
Corbyn simply stared as his mother essentially challenged the gigantic bear, not knowing what either of them was talking about. "Uhm..." he let out a confused humming noise, which turned the bear's attention to him. "What is your purpose here?!" Roared the guard, now identified as Rage. "WELL, Runt?!"
Corbyn just stared, blank-faced. He'd never been this scared in his life. "Uhhhhm..." He started. "I was on a walk, and saw these gates... and..." He paniced. "I'm her son!" He points to his mother, looking for guidance. She simply smiles and nods.
"You heard right, Rage. Now leave us be." Anna crosses her arms and taps her foot irritated. "Or I'll make you into the big softie you hide inside." The bear grunts and mumbles under his breath. "I'm not soft, and you'll regret bringing him here!" He walks off, feeling vulnerable to further verbal admonishment.
"I forgot to mention, corbyn... There's one condition about being here that you need to know." Anna spoke up, but her son wasn't able to take his eyes off of the large creature that simply walked off.
"Uh-huh..." he mumbles, now able to stop shaking.
"The thing is... Humans aren't allowed to mingle... Period..." She shakes her head. "So... either you make a hut and become hunted for even being here, or you let me help..." Corbyn was upset, but the answer was clear.
