Something about the way she was acting made Kel and Derek both shiver. She had this really attractive yet disturbing aurora about her. As they watched her flip through the book, her face turned from a smile to utter shock. "Where did you get this book?" She softly asked.
Kel and Derek shared a nervous glance before Kel tried responding, "Um... well, I got... online from Ebay. Why does that matter?"
Sharon giggled, "You have no clue of the history this book has... do you? It was written by a great and powerful Wizard, Asgurauld... my great grandfather." Her face slowly changed into a devious smile as she continued. "It holds spells that have long been lost to time. And you two waste it on some... conjoinment spell. Well, I have far more important uses for it. Ta-ta." Sharon turned to leave the room.
Kel and Derek, still conjoined, awkwardly stood up on the bed. "Wait!" Derek yelled. "You can't just take the book. It's--" Derek was cut off when a flying ball of energy slammed into their stomach, knocking them against the wall unconscious.
