Clare spent the entire day doing the housework. In a way it kept her occupied, ignoring everything that was happening around her. By the time it was late afternoon the house had never looked so clean. The door rattled and she looked to it to see Olivia and Matt walk through the door. This wouldn't have surprised her if not for an obvious difference. Instead of the little sister she had grown up with, Olivia, and subsequently Matt, were now looking to be in there 20's. Clare looked on with amazement as Olivia pranced in, flaunting her body for Clare and running into the lounge where her Parents were gathered. "Mum, Dad! We've got big news!" She shouted as she lept into the room. Her parents were already sitting there and they put down what they were doing and looked at the two of them. Obviously oblivious to the fact that her daughter and boyfreind had aged near 6 years in a matter of hours. Olivia beamed happily and Clare stood nearby curious what the news could possibly. Olivia and Matt looked at each other and smiled before she quickly moved her hand to the front of her, bringing to attention the beautiful diamond ring present on her finger.
A sharp intake preceeded a slew of congratulatoins and hugs for the happy couple. Clare couldn'thonestly believe what was happening. Matt had been her teenage sweetheart only yesterday, now he was marrying her little sister as a 20 year old after having cheated on her with Clare that morning. Nothing was making sense, and Clare just prayed that the nightmare would be over soon. Olivia went on to explain that she was moving in with Matt the next day and that they were going to be Married in only a few weeks, something her parents blindly agreed with.
Clare left the room and proceeded to do the stunning amount of laundry present, though she struggled yet again to work out where it had possibly come from. Yet again she suspected that Olivia had something to do with it. Not long afterwards her father walked into the room to check up on her. "Clare, I've got some news." He began as he checked over the clothes she was just finished with. "You've been a good maid for us for many years, and we thankyou for that, however Olivia and Matt are young, and we fear that they, as a new couple will need someone like you more, So we'd like our wedding present to them be you." he said proudly as he waited for her reaction. Clare yet again was dumbfounded. She'd silently hoped that Olivia moving away would end her continual torment of her, and being around Matt 24/7 would be almost impossible to tolerate now. She tried to object but she felt the familiar power of the obedience washing over and she stood silently and nodded her feigned approval.
The next day she was packing the car as Olivia brought out yet more of her stuff for the transport to Matt's. She ran over to Clare as she was working and gave her a big hug. "I'm so glad that Mum and Dad let you work for us. We're going to have soo much fun!" she said. It sounded like a genuine show of affection but there was venom in her words that Clare could sense. One thing was absolutely certain; she was definitely not going to have any fun.
