You nod your head. "Yes. I'm ready now." you say. "Good, good. Now you're going to feel disoriented, so brace yourself." the mage replied.
He clasped his hands together and closed his eyes. It seemed like he was concentrating very hard. Suddenly, you feel a wave of nausea overcome you. You tighten your hands into fists, but manage to stand up tall, despite the fact that you feel like you're about to upchuck. After a few more seconds, the room and mage quickly fade away to be replaced by a large entrance hall.
You manage to control yourself enough to stand and take a look at the room you're now in. Right behind you is a large set of double doors. They are two stories high, but the cieling goes on for another floor, making you seem absolutely tiny. As you look around and take note of the architecture and furniture, someone comes out of the nearest door. They are also wearing the standard robes you have just acquired, so there's a great difficulty in guessing whether they are male or female. They quickly notice you and walk towards you. As they are making their way over, their tail trails behind them. It was obviously feline, so at least you knew what kind of antthro they were.
The figure stops about five feet from you and gestures for you to follow. You silently follow them as they lead you down the entrance hall and down a series of corridors. They eventually stop at a door and point at it. You get the hint and enter alone. You quickly look around the room you entered. It was a large cicular room, and there was a mass of people garbed in uniform. You stand along the outer edge of the group as someone walks onto the platform everyone had gathered in front of. He was garbed in black robes, and had identical markings on both of the upper arms of their robes. He raised his hand and all conversation immediately stopped. "You are here today to become students here at White Flame Academy. The road you are about to go down is long and harsh. There will be no turning back. If you have even the smallest hint of regret, leave this room now." He said. Two or three people went towards the door. Everyone turned to watch them go. They slipped through the door with their tails dragging on the floor. The rest of the group turned back to the stranger in black robes. "I am the headmaster of this academy. From now on, there shall be no leaving this place except for doing missions. Go through the door behind me and await further instructions and information there." He announced. You follow the progress of the other students and stop at the door. Hesitantly, you turn and look at the headmaster.
