Jen looked at the phone in confusion, wondering who she had been planning on calling. She hung up the phone and continued getting dressed. Her boyfriend was on the way to pick her up for school any minute and she had to look her best. Jonah was captain of the football team and as captain of the cheer squad Jennifer had him wrapped around her finger. She was of course planning on dumping him for Billy Cartwright if the school didn't win the big game. Rumor was that he was cheating on her with some goth chick anyway and Jen refused to be the one being dumped. She was completely oblivious to the fact that she was cursed, running to her fate at the sound of the door.
