Finally, Sean had an idea. He couldn't go home looking like his nextdoor neighbor, Marianne. But he *could* go to Marianne's home.
There was just one problem, of course. Sean was in the body of sixteen-year old Marianne. Marianne was now nineteen years old and a college student. But maybe the plan he had in mind could still work.
Arriving at Marianne's house, he knocked on the door. Sean was in luck as Marianne answered the door; his plan wouldn't have worked otherwise. Fortunately, she still lived at home rather than in the college dorm.
Marianne stared curiously at Sean for a moment and then asked, "Who are you? Are we related? You look just like a younger me."
"It's a long story," Sean replied. He then quickly told Marianne about the medallion of Zulo and told her that he had "accidentally" turned into her. But he couldn't go home like this. So, he wanted to know if he could stay here.
"But won't your family be missing you?" she asked.
"Right, but, here's where I have to ask you for a favor. Could you take my place tonight? It's just for the night. I'll change you back in the morning." It took a little convincing, but eventually Marianne agreed to the plan on one condition, that she keep the medallion overnight. She didn't want to risk being stuck as a high school boy. Sean pulled out one of his extra shirts he had handy and they used the medallion to turn Marianne into an exact copy of the male Sean. And then they quickly told each other details about each other's life that would get them through the night, since they would be spending the night in each other's home. Marianne even took Sean over to her room and applied makeup to Sean's face to make her look like a real girl her age would.
