Back by the mirror, he gave his delicious body one last gaze as he held up the cube once
again. He shook for about two seconds.
He instantly fell over. When he got up, it took him a moment to realise he was using his
arms for legs. The room was much bigger now, everything was black and white and his
eyes barely came up over the bottom frame of the mirror. Even the chain for the necklace
was too big for him and had slipped onto the floor nearby.
He reared onto his hind legs, peered into the mirror and saw a Chihuahua's face looking
back at him. He yipped in alarm and darted back to the necklace. He nudged the chain
over his head and gripped the cube in his teeth. He could see it glowing out of the corner
of his eye and gave it a gentle nudge.
He blew up, like a balloon. He felt his ears flapping against his cheeks and instinctively
hung his tongue out as he breathed. This time, the mirror showed him an enthusiastic
spaniel. He ran about the room for a bit, getting a feel for his new paws. He jumped on the
bed, crawled under the sofa and gave his tail a good old wagging.
