In the not-too-far future, splicing humans with animal DNA has given new jobs.
Four in particular Minotaurs, Centaurs, Satyrs, and Harpies.
Bull Minotaurs are used for heavy-lifting, they are much stronger than normal humans.
Cow Minotaurs (the females) give milk that is very nutritious, and healthy due to a diet of
vegetables, and exercise. They only have two breasts, but that's all they need.
Centaurs, both male and female, work as ranchhands, rounding up real cattle. Their horse
ears give them better hearing.
Chicken Harpies have the lower half of chickens, their arms are like chicken legs and can
hold things, they have crests on their heads, and beaks they can make facial expressions
with and talk normally with. The eat a diet of seeds, and get plenty of exercise. The hens
lay eggs big enough for one family each, the eggs are also healthier too. The roosters
protect the hens, for you see, the need for them was realized when terrorists tried to steal
the Harpy hens away in the past.
The Satyrs, both male and female crush grapes with their hooves to make wine and grape
juice. The men will carry the barrels, while the women produce goat's milk. Just like the
cow minotaurs, the only have two breasts, and the milking process in painless and
comfortable for both jobs, though because the satyresses crush grapes and make goat's
milk, they get paid higher than the other female myth jobs. For males, the bull minotaurs
get paid most.
All myth jobs pay higher than their normal counter-parts, and those who take the jobs,
when injected with the serem, can go from human to myth and back whenever they want.
A young couple, married for a month now, are looking for such jobs now to support
themselves.
Their names are Tom and Rene. They each want one of these jobs, and they want to pick
the same myth.
Rene: Tom, which one should we go for?
Tom: You'll look beautiful no matter what you become. Why don't you pick for both of us?
R: Really?
T: Sure!
Now which jobs will Rene pick for her and her husband?
