John suddenly did a mental double take. He kept thinking of his hands as paws... Looking down at them, he saw why. The costume gloves he was wearing earlier are now his hands, or rather more accurately, his paws. He now had only four fingers, and they were short and stubby. As he stretched them out, he noticed the small pink paw-pads that now made themselves home on his hand. Also, he felt an unusual sensation as he watched his claws stretch out. Four hard plastic claws flipped out, and by the looks of it they were pretty sharp.
"Meow... no way... Re-ow!? Wait a second, my voice!"
John tried to speak a few more times, and listened in horror at his new voice. His vocal cords had somehow gotten mixed up in all this, and he now was meowing in between words. His voice now overall sounded more feline and feminine.
As he worried about this, till he noticed his legs. Oh man... his legs... They bent all wrong. Where he was just standing on his toes for comfort earlier, he legs now were shaped to allow nothing else.
"Re-ow... This is insane... I'd give my tail to be out of this mess..."
Wait a second, a tail!? John spun around and looked behind him. Sure enough, there was a long pensive tiger tail wagging around behind him. With a little experiment John found he could easily wag it.
"Oh man oh man oh man... I'm... I'm a tigeress!"
