Our story takes place in 2048, shortly after after all major countries of the U.N signed a treaty for "Universal Security". Under this treaty, every city in every state or province is required to install security cameras and other surviellance equipment in every area, as well as monitor all information transferred: digitally or otherwise. Many thought this would be the answer to all criminal activity; and it was. But there were those who didn't agree. They protested in the streets and went on strike. But in the end, their efforts were futile.
Who shall we follow in this struggle between Universal Security and the rights to privacy?
