Well, I didn't know her, but I figured I needed to reverse what I did, and fast.
"I wish that her clothes came back, and that I am the only one who can remember it."
A wave of sorts washed over everyone else and they went back to their business, including the woman who now had her clothes back on her, oblivious to what had happened to her.
'So, I can affect peoples minds.' I thought to myself. 'I wonder what else this ring can do.'
I decided it would be best to wait until I returned home first, which took about a half-hour. Where I lived was a small, one-bedroom apartment, with kitchen, bathroom, living room and a small entryroom. Small, but good enough for my needs. Once inside, I locked the door and set myself down on the sofa. I began to consider the next few wishes for testing out the ring's powers properly. First off...
"I wish that wishes I think of will happen, as if I spoke the words out loud." A soft buzz came over me, and passed a moment later.
Next I thought the words 'I wish I was eight centimetres taller.' This was followed by a weird pulling sensation on me as I grew from 167cm to 175cm. It worked, though now my clothes felt tight on me. I quickly took off everything except the ring, which had grown itself to fit my slightly larger hands.
Satisfied, my next wish was bigger.
"I wish that no matter what wish I make, everyone, with the sole exception of myself, unless otherwise stated by myself will accept it without a second thought, believing whatever has happened has always been the case."
And I kept it up with...
"I wish that no matter what shape or form anyone takes as a result of a wish made by myself, unless stated otherwise by myself, everyone will accept it as normal without a second thought, believing it has always been the case."
Now satisfied that I had covered every base, I knew I could make any wish I wanted and not have to worry - too much - about the results.
I went to my bedroom, double bed in one corner, an L-shaped computer study desk that started by the bed, went to the corner and stopped at the door. A wardrobe and set of drawers on the other side with the door to the bathroom opposite the bed, and the large window on the side where the bed was, which would be the left side of the room. I sat down in the comfortable leather swivel chair, switched on and loaded my computer, a good one with dual screens, and made my next wish.
"I wish that on the left screen, a picture of me as I am right now, will show on the left side and on the right side, a picture of me prior to confirming a wish involving changes to myself." one said screen two pictures of myself were shown, identical for the time being. Satisfied that everything had been sorted, all I had to decide was what to do next.
