Rick looked through his emails on his iPhone and gave a little sigh. His life was pretty much in a rut and had been for some time. At 37 he lived with his parents so he could help out with the bills. It was better than trying to live on his own given the cost of living and his parents weren't out on the street. He stood 5 foot 8 inches and weighed about 180 pounds. He had a bit of a gut and brown hair that was starting to get a little long curling up at the ends. He should probably cut it but he liked it kind of long. He sighed again as he continued to look through his emails. Eventually one caught his eye. It was from TransDem Labs and curious he opened it.
Dear Richard,
We at TransDem Labs are happy to inform you that you have been selected to test our new app iChronivac. As with Chronivac 4.0 the app makes transformations possible only you can now use your iPhone 4 or iPod Touch alone to transform people. There's no need for a computer to make complex transformations as you had to have with Chronivac 4.0. Follow the link at the bottom of this page if you would like to be one of the few lucky testers of the app. At the end of the testing period you will be able to keep the app free of charge and we will pay you for testing it during the testing period. We hope that you will choose to be one of the testers.
Sincerely,
Howard Moss
President, TransDem Labs
Rick couldn't believe his luck. He had wanted to get a Chronivac 4.0 for some time now but they we a bit out of his price range. If this email was real then he could own something like the Chronivac 4.0 and get paid to test it. Not able to resist he clicked on the link and started downloading the app directly to his phone.
As soon as it was installed he opened it to see what it could do. The first screen that popped up was the scan screen with a scan button on top and a self scan button on the bottom. He tapped the self scan button and in a few seconds all his stats came up. "This is just what I need to break out of my rut," he thought with a huge smile. "How should I use it though?"
