I slowly swam back to consciousness feeling the catheter and IV. I opened my eyes and looked at the door. Soon after the nurse came in and said, "Good you're awake. Your sisters have been worried about you."
I watched her come over to my side and pull out a syringe. Since I knew what was coming I focused on the water in the pipes in the bathroom and increased the pressure on the pipes until they burst. I brought the water out in five streams which I wrapped around the nurse's wrists and ankles plucking the syringe from her hand with the fifth. I looked into her face seeing surprise and fear there. Fearing that she'd scream I said in a raspy voice, "Please don't scream. I'm not going to hurt you even though you turn people into mannequins."
"Oh my god how did you know?" the nurse asked in a quiet voice.
"I just do," I said starting to feel the strain of controlling the water. I wasn't healed enough to sustain it for long. Just as I was about to lose control I felt someone take control from me. I looked to see my sisters coming in along with Mrs. Bailey. "Hi," I said feeling like going back to sleep.
"You're ok," Semele nearly screamed and ran over giving me a hug which hurt.
"Careful Sara," Mrs. Bailey said, "she's probably still sore."
"Sorry Lisa," Semele said looking ashamed.
"It's alright," I said smiling to show her that it wasn't such a big deal.
"Why are we holding the nurse?" Nausikka asked looking at me.
"She was going to turn me into a mannequin," I said with a frown. "Well her, a doctor, and a couple orderlies."
The nurse's jaw dropped and she said, "You couldn't know that."
Mrs. Bailey looked confused and asked, "What's going on here?"
I thought that she was taking this pretty well but then again she had seen Gabriella transform into a mouse and turned back by us. I had to assume that my sisters had told the rest about us but I also had to assume that they still had some questions. Even though I was tired I would answer the best that I could. Before I could say anything though the two orderlies came in and I took control of some of the water pinning them to the wall like the nurse. It was draining me then I felt someone else take control of it for which I was grateful. I looked at my visitors as my necklace and bracelet appeared and said, "I knew to get out of the house because I knew there was going to be an explosion. I knew I would be waking up here in two days because I had experienced it before. Though what I had experienced was different than now. What I experienced was everyone dying with me being the only survivor. That changed though when this nurse injected something into me making me unable to move or talk. She and these orderlies took me to someplace and there they and a doctor ran me through this machine turning me into a mannequin and killing me in the process. I believe that they've done it before since three months later I met Chrissy who was like me, a soul trapped in a mannequin."
The nurse looked pale and quietly said, "You couldn't know about Chrissy. We transformed her months ago."
"Well then I think we should call the police since she just confessed to murder," Mrs. Bailey said with a frown.
"The police won't believe you," the nurse said a bit of defiance in her eyes.
"So what should we do with them?" Nausikka asked looking at me.
